Insurances Accepted

I believe that counseling should be available to those who need it.  To this end, I accept most insurances.  If I am not an "in-network" provider on your insurance, we can explore whether you have an "out of network" benefit.  If you do not have any insurance, I hope that you will find my self-pay option affordable.

I am an in-network provider for the following:

Empire and GHI (managed by ValueOptions) State and country employees have this insurance & the co-pays are only $15 per session MVP Healthnow/ Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of Northeastern NY Empire Blue Cross/ Blue Shield United Health Care/ United Behavioral Health (UHC) Healthnet/ MHN Oxford Aetna CDPHP Guardian/ PHCS (if you are a retired NYC employee (& have HIP insurance) & are living in the Hudson Valley, call HIP for a referral to PHCS and give PHCS my name. HIP doesn't cover employees in this geographic area and refers to PHCS) IBM and Verizon employees EAP (free counseling through your Human Resources department) & Ceridian/ Lifeworks EAP

For active military, military families, retired military as well as some reservists:
 

Tricare Prime and Standard Military Onesource EAP (through Ceridian/ Lifeworks EAP)

Clients on Disability: Disabilities are not covered for my service.  If you live near Hudson, you can call Columbia County Mental Health Services for counseling at 518-828-9446.
 
Workman's Compensation: If you are on Workman's Compensation, my services will not be paid for, so please inform me if you are on this.  Thank you.
