At this time, I am taking new clients 18 years of age or older.

In addition, I am forming a "Healthy Living Group" for those struggling with weight related issues and struggling to cope with chronic illnesses such as Diabetes. Your efforts to become healthier will be supported and any self defeating behavior will be addressed. This group will take an educational/ behavioral "results oriented" approach to help you set and achieve your goals to live long, active and healthy lives.
